The first provided information about registration, the practice and meet calendar, coaching staff changes for the year, etc. The second was a reminder about an upcoming deadline and also provided information about the newly hired assistant and junior coaches. I appreciated that information, even as an experienced swim team parent. It's not "hand-holding" to communicate to people. [/quote] Ok, that is 2 emails. The PP was complaining about “almost no” communication, so they at least got a email, probably like the first one you described. Many teams also have the registration info, calendars, coaches, etc., on a website. These are VOLUNTEER team reps, I’m so over the constant sh!tting on them for not doing enough. [/quote]
