Of course the progressive response will be entirely predictable: upend your way of life so that they can build housing for poorer people while simultaneously raising your taxes to pay for all of their social programs they will inevitably need.   Wait until school quality keeps declining.  R.I.P. home values in MoCo.  The progressives there continually make the county poorer and poorer.  They will come for any semblance of wealth to try to redistribute it to all of the impoverished people they're importing. [/quote]

Oh they're very willing to pay the higher taxes to keep a steady stream of housekeepers, landscapers, and nannies.  But only as long as their help live in Silver Spring and Wheaton. [/quote]
