I also looked into Alexa Together but I'm not sure they/we would use it enough to justify the monthly fee. It would be nice if they used it for scheduling and reminder for medication and stuff like that, but I think the reality is that they won't put appointments on the calendar in the first place, and that they'll turn the reminder off but then get distracted and not take medication anyway. Has anyone had real experience with Alexa Together?

I'm thinking an Amazon Show would be best so that they have a screen to interact with. We will create a new Amazon account that we all have access to rather than use their own email. I'm worried it will be too easy for them to buy junk... Any other thoughts or suggestions?[/quote]
