Only one person was ahead of us when we arrived on Sunday afternoon. However, the line for EOA was about 20 deep by the time we finished.

Either way EOA is totally worth it versus spending months trying to find an appointment.

My wife did this a couple of weeks ago and said it was a bit of a hassle. It was first come first serve and she was stuck there waiting for a while. [b]She said with hindsight it would have been better to get an appointment.[/b][/quote]

Getting any appointment can take months. Not to mention IF you get an appointment, you have take time out of the day to drive back to the airport, pay for parking and possibly still wait a bit.  :roll: [/quote]

Coming in off of a long international flight it was an extra hassle that she did not need. I agree and would prefer the route of selecting an appointment time and heading out there at a time more convenient to me.[/quote]

The nice thing about this new [b]on-departure[/b] Global Entry process is you are already going to the airport - you just have to give yourself extra time. No hassle waiting months for an appointment, no hassle coming back from a long international flight to have to wait for the interview. [/quote]
