It wont be warm enough to swim in the ocean or an unheated pool. But it will probably be sixties or seventies and just might hit 80 or so. Could be a cold snap but unlikely and if so you're talking fifties. Sunset Beach NC has privately owned houses that are rented out thru agencies that are duplexes. Not fancy. Most probably 1980s construction. But gives you two different units with two kitchens.[/quote]
