Group (all coming from New England during mid April):
-2 grandparents in great shape
-Family of 2 adults/1 teen 
-Family of 2 adults/4 kids (1st grade - teen)

Details:
-Ideally condos next door to each other or same development; not wanting a giant single home. We're trying to avoid lots of meals out with so many people in tow -- but also a large enough space for us to have dinner together. If there are hotels that have suites with kitchens I could be convinced of this route.
-Easy beach access if not beachfront; amenities im complex would be great if possible (basketball  /tennis/pool)
-Range of activities -- I understand might still be a little cold for swimming (mini-golf, museums/historical, beach time, boating)
-Budget is on the higher side but not luxury 
-We would all fly, so recs on where to fly into for your suggested spots also helpful
