You can constantly smell weed at like 6:45 AM on a Tuesday morning while commuting to work, or Saturday at 11 AM when you're in the parking lot at a store.  Americans have shown time and time again they cannot control themselves and consume their drugs with modesty.  When you do your drugs and endanger other people around you, then it is a problem, not a free choice.  They should be routinely doing DWI checks and suspending licenses of anyone driving while smoking weed in the car.  Triple the fines too if they're caught on major highways with speed limits above 50 mph.[/quote]
