Do any estrogen creams or supplements work? I have seen derms recommend estrogen creams on the face… What about soy? Or any other “mild and natural” alternatives to HRT?
I have been on collagen peptides for a few years for a bone and joint disorder (genetic). One of the bonuses of them was it also had a a major impact to skin, hair and nails. My skin tightened out on my face - not like I had fillers but just softened out a lot of eyes and mouth area. I am not a supplement expert and my doctor suggested them as part of my treatment (I am mid 40s and have bones of - 65 year old they tell me) as I often break bones with minor falls Mine are part of the treatment and shipped to me but you can buy peptides over the counter too.
