[/quote] If the job (internship/ college / scholarship / etc) requires an official transcript, then it must be sent directly from the school. The school registrar will be able to help you. The school does not automatically mail out unofficial transcripts as they are (as stated) unofficial and usually not helpful. Good luck to your DD.
