I just mean I look at similar houses sold just a year ago and feel like I missed out (not to mention the insane increases over the past few years!) It's hard to not think that I'm overpaying because I could have bought it for a lower price just a short time ago. But it is what it is. Part of me has a fear that the market will correct itself drastically some point and this will all been a huge mistake, but hopefully prices continue to go up over time. [/quote]
