I have TONS of energy and I'm never sluggish. You can guess from my height and weight I'm athletic and exercise quite a bit. I (try to) eat low carbs because it actually cuts the hunger down. Craving cookies WHILE feeling like you are starving is horrible. No amount of self control can stop me from devouring a whole bag in that condition. Why do it? I look fantastic and that's worth more to me than eating whatever whenever. When I do slip up (and I do) it's so hard to get back. I feel like I can gain weight by smelling baked goods these days.[/quote]
