If it's a flat fee, the place has every incentive to give you as little as possible which is likely less than what you'd need. I suppose the argument on the other side is that a derm has incentive to give you more because they can charge you for it, but in that case, you know how much it costs per unit and how many units you are actually getting. I also didn't find Everbody to be much cheaper than what I pay the NP at my derm's office.[/quote]
