The dog shatted, the woman took her bag out and went thru the motions of picking up the poop. I mean arm out, bent over the poop as if she was picking it up, turned her bag inside out as if she gathered the shit. And left it there. I was so appalled. I said why aren’t you picking it up. She pretended like she didn't hear me and started walking towards the man and dog. I followed them and asked her again. She went to pick it up. Mind you this wasn't on my property but at the grass at the curb, but still. I wasn’t letting up.[/quote]
