Did you get a cost break down for anything? We're new to this - want good quality but also would like an idea about when I'm paying an upcharge for something I don't care much about. I also thought a trash cabinet in the design means that it includes the trash pullout...without getting a breakdown it feels very opaque and burdensome to ask clarifying questions about every component.[/quote]
