Great example. Thanks. Do you know how to calculate the weighted GPA? I could not find it in the link.[/quote]

with four full year courses with A,C,B,A grades:

Course J: Credit 1 / weighted +0.5   &lt;- grade A = unweighted 4, weighted = 4.5
Course K: Credit 1                          &lt;- grade C = unweighted 2
Course L: Credit 1 / weighted +1.0  &lt;- grade B =  unweighted 3, weighted = 4
Course M: Credit 1 /                       &lt;- grade A = unweighted 4

Unweighted GPA = ( 1x4 + 1x2 + 1x3 + 1x4) / (1+1+1+1) = 13/4 = 3.25

Weighted GPA = ( 1x4.5 + 1x2 + 1x4 + 1x4) / (1+1+1+1) = 14.5/4 = 3.625

Course catalog lists each course with its credit and weighting, if any
