[/quote] OP yes- I think giving in to sugar cravings is messing up the good days I am in a deficit. Nightly dessert or baking on the weekends. I understand moderation more now with giving up alcohol and how I am not ready to moderate it so I don’t see myself picking it back up in the near future. I’ve always had a sweet tooth. I love to bake and I love candy but I have not viewed it the same way as alcohol where I truly don’t want it anymore. [/quote] Seems like you answered your own question.
