I can afford a pay cut, I can take a lower title, I can deal with a less generous health plan, I can do other work (meaning I could be an office manager, or EA). I might even be able to swing a certificate program or quick degree to get started in a new field. But I need somewhat flexible hours and no travel.

What kinds of jobs should I be targeting? And what kind of salary should I be looking for?[/quote]
