VDA does show A LOT more information and its specific by age group, but couln't find the number of trainings weekly, I assume it would be 4 times like NVA.
Arlington and McLean, couldn't find much info on their websites.
NVA doesn't mentioned the number of tournaments, but they disclose 3 team training days and 1 functional training day a week. 
FVU and BRAVE shows 2 non-ECNL tournaments and 1 ECNL National Event included in the fees, so that's 3 tournaments/events total, doesn't seem like much, is it?
How many tournaments is your club doing in ECNL national? I assume most train 3 times a week with 1 functional training day, or do some only train 3 times and that is it?[/quote][/quote]
