[/quote] For sure, but to intentionally put yourself into that situation without a need to isn’t particularly productive. Most people that try this aren’t successful in having anywhere near the energy system return as you would with a normal diet that includes dietary carbs. I do get a chuckle frequently when a “fat adapted runner” blows up during multiple marathon attempts and posts about it on Reddit. [/quote]
