Some McLean may try to go to Arlington ECNL. I think some Loudoun and possibly GFR may try to make FCV or VR versus staying in RL since there is an additional option in their territory. It'll be interesting to see what happens but I think most will try to make it on a GA team before committing to a RL team. RL will likely stay about the same overall.[/quote]
