Any ideas?[/quote] I feel it's like a double edge sword for these clubs. In one hand, they need to post the coaches slate to attract/retain current and potential players. But if the coach changes for the coming year, and players/parents may not be interested in staying to play with the new coach, the players will be looking around and find a new club/program/team. This too will create distraction to the current team and season and results could decline as well. Either way, clubs need to be transparent and publish the coaches slate for the coming year. [/quote]
