What do you mean "our agent"?

If you don't have a signed agency agreement, how is that person *your* agent?

I want to use an agent. Is there any [b]legal document[/b] supporting your thought? As I searched online, there are many people who bought a property without signing such an agreement. I understand that it depends on the state. I cannot find a definite yes/no answer to my question.[/quote]

What does "is there any legal document supporting your thought" mean? DP, but agency principle law is pretty clear that there needs to be a basis for someone to act as an agent on behalf of the principle. I have no knowledge of the specific form in question, but I can tell you that there needs to be an agreement in place. [/quote]
