I moved mine from MCPS to private high school for higher expectations. MCPS does not have hard deadlines for turning in assignments, does not give 0s for assignments and averages your semester grades by the letter (rather than the number). For a stressed kid, that will give them a ton of flexibility esp. if you stick to regular and honors (if regular isn't available). Don't do APs.[/quote]
