[/quote] PP, What are the “many ways to overcome this challenge” with the math program? Supplementing at home? Many of the students are already being tutored outside of school in the middle school. Like all new teachers they to a school they needed mentoring. Specifically with classroom management and the curriculum. That is a leadership problem— as they hire teachers and train the teachers in the curriculum used at the school.[/quote]
