Having had two daughters play who both broke bones doing so, it can be hard to avoid minor injuries like bruising. Making sure the refs crack down on wild checking will have the biggest impact on preventing serious injuries. Unintentional contact will happen though. The women’s game is only getting more physical.[/quote]
