W le planned our trip in advance and our kids had a great time. That said, we have the kind of kids who consider seeing horses and cows out a car window exciting. It's not an adult trip. But your son isn't an adult. Combine it with some farms, hiking, he'll have a great time. It's also really cheap compared to other vacation destinations. Do Clark's trading post in NH another day.
