If he feels it wearing off after two days, he's still ramping up. But he can be eating better now. Is he with some kind of program or doctor who is telling him what to eat? If not, he needs that. I'm on it. I do eat a small amount of sweets but I mostly eat eggs, steel cut oats, chicken, tofu, salad, protein shake. As with any diet you are trying to fill up on healthy things. [/quote]
