Right on.  The percent based fee is outrageous.  One agent gets 30k for selling a typical house in this area.  Don’t know how it is split up between the agent and their bosses, but they only work like 10-20 hours to sell a house.[/quote]

That’s $1,500 x 40 hours per week x 50 weeks per year = $3 million per year – wow!
