Do I interivew for the first position and if offered it, convey that I realize it does not provide enough growth for me since what I ultimately want to do is move into the kind of position that is being adertize? do I flat out say that I'm more interested in job #2? I don't want to suggest that I wasn't serious about job #1,  or jeopardize the job by seeming like I don't reallyknow what I want. [/quote]
