And those who purchased a SFH in a n-hood of SFHs in order to live in such an area will move.  Very simple.  And guess what?  Those who live in SFHs pay a huge percentage of MoCo's income tax revenues.  Neither Maryland nor MoCo are growing.  This is a made up crisis.    [/quote]

I think this proposal is just fluff created from people who have no common sense. I can't wait for the legal battles from all our Associations. I guess worst case, I sell my property for a ridiculous profit and leave town[/quote]
