My kids' DCPS elementary (which is not new or nice and is Title 1 and on the east side of the city) has those refilling stations for water bottles in addition to water fountains, and my understanding from my kids is that they work better an don't tend to get messy or gross like the fountains sometimes do (also more sanitary because kids aren't putting their mouths on them). You should petition the administration to make sure kids have access to those. Problem solved.[/quote]
