Has anyone taken their kid(s) to hear the Hair Farmers popular local band at either Merlin's or Dusty's?  Wondering if that gets rowdy early or ok for a kid who otherwise is fine with music/some noise around 7-8 pm.

Thanks for your tips -- both places look wonderful online and easy enough to navigate with a lot of great options for food, shopping and touring, but hoping for some recent intel.[/quote]
