They are BRUTAL especially after baby 1. The more babies the harder your uterus has to contract. It’s like contractions all over again but it does subside after the first few days or so - taking ibuprofen as noted above helps. I do think if it’s been several days PP and you’re still in a lot of pain then it could be something else…maybe clots (are you passing any golf size or bigger)? Are your pains like cramps/contractions or are they another sensation? Do you feel them more while nursing? [/quote]
