You’re posting anonymously. Unless you’re the single only human in the world who has ever been diagnosed with this, HOW do you think you’re going to be identified? I’m not asking for your personal information or for your entire medical history. I’m asking for you to simply state the birth defect so I can name it to the plastic surgeon and not seem totally ignorant to what you are suggesting it is. 
I appreciate your guidance and I’m booking an appointment tomorrow.

Before you make an appointment with a plastic surgeon, clarify with them that you're taking about a teen and ask if they would even treat that. I'm guessing most would not while still in development.[/quote]
