My functional med doctor gave me a list of 10+ supplements (all of those were on it plus more) and told me to take at least 5 of them during covid to help boost my immune system. It certainly can't hurt. Most likely helped. Also likely helped that 2 weeks after I tested positive, my partner got FLU A. So doctor told me to continue those supplements as well as 3 days of 50K of Vitamin D/K2 then back to 10,000. I avoided the flu. So now whenever I know I've been exposed to some illness, I will use the protocol to immediately bump my immune system. [/quote]
