Sleep as much as you can, your body is telling you it needs 8+ hours of sleep each night. I would also avoid exercising until the fatigue goes away. It will likely only make it worse. Just had covid for first time, and the exhaustion lasted 3 weeks before I started feeling more normal. But I gave my body time to heal and slept 8-10 hours even the 2 weeks after I tested negative and was "feeling somewhat better", as my doctor told me that is key to recovery[/quote]
