[/quote] All right, I looked more into it. It looks like the 1-02-24 bill was sent in error after only two months instead of three. They charged me, I paid it at the time, and then a bill was recomputed for the correct time frame which was after 3 months. May, August, November and February bills would be quarterly.[/quote]
