Regulations have a cost, too. Would I pay an extra $.01 on train tickets to measurably reduce derailments? Sure. Would I pay an extra $100 per train ticket to do nothing? No. The question is too vague. An honest response to this question from an intelligent person would be "no opinion" because the question is too broad and too vague for anyone to have a valid opinion on it.[/quote]
