I gained five pounds when I turned 40 - I spent five years fighting it. Now I just accept - this is my weight now. Bought some new clothes. I'm not the skinny person I was in my 20s and 30s but I'm also not in my 20s and 30s. You will be happier if you stay active, stay healthy, and eat enough to get through the day.[/quote]
