I don't know why anyone would be a police officer in the district with stories like this and laws that tie the hands of officers. TBH - I don't know how anyone even LIVES in the district with some of their crazy ass laws that seem to favor the criminals over the victims. The guy fleeing the officer was a criminal. A criminal. And, the officer was prevented from mounting a full defense. [/quote]
