Not a common order at that bar. Not what he expected you to order. His favorite drink. You stand out from the bar's normal clientelle. You look like his sister. He remembered your coat. He's been on vacation and that's the last shift he worked. Bartenders are trained to remember folks orders. It's how they earn tips. Some orders are easier to remember than others for all sorts of completely benign reasons.[/quote]
