[/quote] OP- My husband is very attentive with our kids and would be very happy to be home with them solo on the weekends while I worked. He however often has to go the his office on the weekend and it is not very predictable which weekends he does and does not need to. I don't want to be in a situation where I have to call out on a job every other weekend. I am open to considering doing childcare work but in all honesty would prefer to spend that time interacting with other adults. [/quote]
