DP:  I don’t think the newsletter itself causes feelings of exclusion.

I think a little digging on O’Connell/Hammer’s connections show there are part of a ADC/Wilson acolyte clique who want people to think they are the cool kids of Alexandria.  I often agree with their policy positions but I can see why people find this insular clique is off putting.[/quote]

Lots of folks are part of the ADC. Would be curious what made you feel excluded from the ADC overall, or by Hammer/O'Connell (which I'd think would be apart from any differences in policy). [/quote]

I love the newsletter.  I actually got my husband the paid version for Christmas.
