Last year ATS had 72 applicants for 3 slots, so yes, very small chance of siblings getting in with no backdoor maneuvering. If you're coming from Barrett with 8 applicants for 3 slots it's still unlikely but not completely crazy for siblings to both win the lottery in their year. [/quote]
