Anyone with prior experience or knowledge of how (fast) waitlisted applications go?

Did you get pulled from the Waitlist in the order you were waitlisted pretty soon after other applications are being dropped? Do we have to choose (if we want to) the program that gets off the Waitlist the first, or may we wait until all of the Waitlists are pulled and receive acceptance? 
Or do they pull every Waitlisted ones all in June?

Wait List: If your student received a wait list number, your student’s name will remain on a wait list until the first day of June 2024.
If pulled from the wait list, your student may choose to accept another program. If accepting a different program, the seat to the first
program will be filled by another student in the wait pool/list.[/quote]

I have a similar question. My kid was accepted to one program but waitlisted at the one that is first choice. Can we accept the invitation for the accepted program and still stay on the waitlist for the first choice?[/quote]
