She’s now learned that having a larger fasting window is beneficial for her her weight so just say “good job, OP! That’s great!” [/quote] I agree with you re: encouragement. That said, the idea that what is described here is a “fasting window” is emblematic of one of the primary problems worldwide - people are eating too much too often. 12 hours isn’t fasting. That’s normal. We should call this “normal structured eating.” [/quote]
