I've been on DCUM since 2008, back when I lived in Bethesda. I would say that early on it was solely DC area residents (DMV). As time goes on people relocate out of the area but also realize that there's a lot of general information to be learned across all of the forums, so continue to read and post. So much of the stuff posted is not location specific, except for this forum of course. [/quote]
