[/quote] Eh even if you don't get altitude sickness, it can be a difficult adjustment if you come from sea level to 7,500 feet. Right after Christmas we went skiing out west and for the first couple of days I was very low on energy. I had to stop and catch my breath after skiing a few hundred yards. Then on the third day, it was like I'd flipped a switch, boom, I could ski down an entire long run without stopping.[/quote]
