Arlington Tech and IB require it, HB does not. That's the lottery our family didn't enter. The paragraph box is embedded in the application and there is a check the box for the student confirming it's their work. Can APS confirm that the student wrote it? Not any more than any other college or school can confirm that the student wrote the essay.[/quote]
