I could see a situation in which school A lost a core course teacher (NSL B) and School B had a teacher with over half their assigned courses in underenrolled electives in that department (Sociology, Law, and Psychology). Rather than allow School A to give 5 sections of NSL B to long term subs (more realistically dailies this year), Central Office could reassign the teacher from School B.[/quote]
